What's new in this release? 

This Product Bulletin contains updates for Vidyo Epic Service 22.2.1.

Epic Hardware Test Update

• This release adds additional infrastructure support for integrating with the "SetHardwareTest" functionality in Epic.
• Administrators can now include a parameter in their FDI record that enables the Hardware Test workflow on endpoints prior to allowing those endpoints to join a conference.
• To use this feature, you must have:
• Version 22.3.0 or later of VidyoConnect for Desktop, Mobile, or WebRTC.
• Version 22.4.5 or later of the VidyoPortal.

System updates

• For added security and stability, updates for multiple third-party packages and libraries are included as part of this release.

When?

• On-premises customers can download this version on October 25, 2022.
• Cloud customers will be automatically upgraded in the coming weeks.
