Action Required: Hybrid Customers Must Upgrade VidyoRouter™, VidyoGateway™, and VidyoReplay™ Components

This is a reminder to all our Hybrid customers to upgrade their VidyoRouter, VidyoGateway, and/or VidyoReplay to the versions specified below before March 25, 2022. To ensure compatibility with future cloud updates and to prevent service interruptions, you must upgrade your components before the March 25, 2022 deadline.

Which components are affected?

21.6.1 or later

20.2.0 or later

VidyoReplay

20.2.0 or later

 

What actions do I need to take now?

  1. Download the software package for each component that you want to upgrade. To obtain the software package:

You must perform the upgrade prior to March 25, 2022. If you do not do so, your components may not continue to work properly.
