Description of Issue
Customers may have experienced any of the following issues when using their custom applications built in VidyoClient for WebRTC JavaScript Library version 20.1.0 for WebRTC while using Google Chrome™ version 85:
- Issues joining calls.
- Staying connected after you join a call.
- Timeout errors.
Planned Resolution
- To correct these issues, Enghouse Vidyo provided two new release versions:
- VidyoClient JavaScript API library version 20.1.2
- VidyoPortal and VidyoRouter version 20.1.3 LA (to update your infrastructure)
What Actions Can I Take?
- Update your apps to version 20.1.2 of the VidyoClient JavaScript API library.
- Update your VidyoPortal and VidyoRouter infrastructure components to version 20.1.3 LA.
