SOLVED: Compatibility Issues When Using VidyoConnect for Native WebRTC Version 20.2.1

Description of Issue

Customers using the VidyoConnect Health4 Meetings platform may have experienced any of the following issues when using VidyoConnect ™ for Native WebRTC (desktop and mobile) while using Google Chrome™ version 85.   

  • Issues joining calls.
  • Staying connected after you join a call. 
  • Timeout errors. 

Affected Platforms

  • VidyoConnect Health4 Meetings 

Planned Resolution 

  • The Enghouse Vidyo team will perform maintenance to update the platform and applications on the VidyoConnect service for VidyoConnect for Native WebRTC Version 20.2.1 on a future date. More details on the dates and times of this maintenance are forthcoming.
