Description of Issue
Customers using the VidyoConnect Health4 Meetings platform may have experienced any of the following issues when using VidyoConnect ™ for Native WebRTC (desktop and mobile) while using Google Chrome™ version 85.
- Issues joining calls.
- Staying connected after you join a call.
- Timeout errors.

Planned Resolution
- The Enghouse Vidyo team will perform maintenance to update the platform and applications on the VidyoConnect service for VidyoConnect for Native WebRTC Version 20.2.1 on a future date. More details on the dates and times of this maintenance are forthcoming.
