VidyoClient/Connect - Not connecting to VidyoRouter after successful login

Windows 7:

  1. Click the Windows button in your Start Menu.
  2. Type 'certmgr.msc' into the Search Field and click the result to run it.certmgr.png
  3. Open 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities' section, followed by 'Certificates'.Trusted.png
  4. Scroll down until you find the certificates starting with 'Go Daddy'. Check whether the 'Go Daddy Root Certificate Authority - G2' root certificate is installed.GoDaddayG2.png
  5. If the root certificate is not installed, please contact a local System Administrator to have it installed, or you can download and install it here:
    1. https://certs.godaddy.com/repository/gdroot-g2.crt
