This article provides a list of the technical specifications and the operating system and browser requirements you need to know before using the VidyoConnect desktop, WebRTC, and mobile applications. It also includes lists of the headsets, webcams, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras, and speakers Enghouse Vidyo has tested and recommends for use with VidyoConnect endpoints, so you can select the peripheral devices that work best for you.
If you've already installed the VidyoConnect application on your desktop or mobile device and you're ready to start using it, refer to the Using VidyoConnect for Desktop & Mobile article. This article provides detailed information about how to use the pre-call and in-call features of the VidyoConnect application—whether you're using the application on your desktop, with WebRTC, or on your mobile device.

Android and iOS OS and Browser Requirements
Enghouse Vidyo supports these operating systems for iOS and Android devices:
- Android 7, 8, 9, and 10
- iOS 11, 12, and 13
For mobile users using a guest link to connect to the VidyoConnect application, Enghouse Vidyo supports these browsers:
- Chrome on Android
- Safari® on iOS
The VidyoConnect mobile application has been tested and works successfully with a broad range of industry-standard Android and iOS phones and tablets. These include many of the most commonly used Samsung® Galaxy phones and tablets, Google Pixel™ phones, iPhones®, and iPads®.

All VidyoConnect endpoints work with a broad range of industry-standard peripheral devices, so you can choose the headsets, webcams, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras, and speakers that work best for you. However, to make it easier for you to choose your devices, we recommend the ones listed in the tables below.
Your VidyoConnect endpoint may work successfully with devices other than those listed here; however, only these have been tested by Vidyo. If you experience any issues with these or any other devices, please inform Vidyo Support.
