Unlike the Sony HD7 which uses DVI out, the new camera uses USB 3.0 out. Therefore, the DVI to USB adapter is no longer mandatory to connect the camera to a VidyoRoom.

For customers who are using the VidyoPanorama™ 600, Vidyo has certified and recommends the Sony SRG 120-DH camera, which has an HDMI port for video out. It will connect to the VP600 via an HDMI to DVI cable to the "DMS59 to DVI" Y-dongle to the Dual Port PCle Capture Card.

For more information about Vidyo’s product lifecycle, refer to the Vidyo Product End of Life (EOL) Policy. You can also go to the Vidyo End of Life and End of Sale announcements section to view other EOL and EOS announcements.
