Attendee availability not shown on Mac with Outlook 2011

This problem is a limitation of Outlook when importing calendar entry from external source source.

To use scheduling assistant the user must first save the new event, then click the event on the calendar. The calendar event must first be saved to the calendar before scheduling assistant will work.

This is as far as we have seen on the web, the expected behavior for this import method on Outlook 2011
