To determine why you can't share your app in Vidyo Neo™, check the table below:

OS Limitation
Mac® OS X 10.11,
10.10, 10.9

Is the app window that you want to share minimized? If it is, maximize it. Vidyo Neo doesn't show apps that are minimized in the list of apps to share. As soon as the window is un-minimized, it will appear as available to share. Furthermore, if you then minimize that window again, it will continue to be available to share.
Windows® 10 and 8.1

If a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) application, such as Internet Explorer® (IE), is displayed in a window on the desktop, it cannot be shared. For example, if you have a PDF file or a PowerPoint® presentation open in IE, it won't appear as available to share. As a workaround, you can either share your entire display or you can download the file or presentation and then share it using Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, Microsoft® PowerPoint, or other related software.

Applications that render all or part of their window’s content using Microsoft DirectComposition, such as Chrome 50 and Firefox 46, cannot be shared. Instead, you must share the entire display.

Mac OS X 10.8 and earlier, Windows 8, and Windows Vista and earlier are not supported.
