To generate diagnostic reports within the application:
- Log in to the application using your credentials.
For more information, see Logging in to VidyoConnect.
- Click and select the Diagnostic Report option.
The Technical Difficulties? pop-up displays.
- Click the GENERATE button.
The .zip file downloads and is saved in your local desktop folder. The application cache and raw log files are stored in the following locations depending on whether you are using Mac or Windows:
For Mac users: ~/Library/Application Support/Vidyo Connect
For Windows Users: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Vidyo Connect
