In certain scenarios when the VidyoRoom is configured to static IP and in conjunction with a known Cisco Router/Switch condition the VidyoRoom can get into a state where it loses the subnet mask information.
As a result the VidyoRoom cannot achieve online status.
To avoid this scenario, an easy solution on the VidyoRoom is to leverage the DHCP mode feature mode.
