VidyoWeb - unable to join a meeting via IE


For Windows: Sometimes Internet Explorer (IE) will have multiple processes running in the background and will prevent the plugin from working correctly.

The behavior would appear as if the guest link will continuously request the user to download VidyoDesktop and never engage into the meeting.

The solution is to open the task manager and "kill" those processes.

Another approach is to use an alternative browser, such as Mozilla or Chrome.
