How Do I Create Meetings in VidyoConnect?


VidyoConnect provides a few options to schedule meetings. Select the option that suits you best:

  1. Navigate to the Meetings tab and click the "+" button to schedule meetings via your calendar.
  2. Navigate to the Rooms tab and create a new topic room by clicking the "+" button to have a recurring space. Once created, click the Send invitation button to invite others. (This option applicable to local email clients and not browser based clients)
  3. Navigate to the Contacts tab, search for the person you want to meet with, and then click the Schedule a meeting button in the contact's page.
