My shared content is slow to show in the meeting

If your screen sharing is slow to show up into the meeting, please check the following:

  • WiFi connection - When sharing over WiFi, network congestion is a factor, try to disable WiFi and share over wired connection.
  • High resolution - When sharing higher resolutions, more data is being attempted to be sent, try lowering the desktop resolution
  • Sharing entire desktop - When sharing the entire desktop, more data is being attempted to be sent, try to share a specific application.
