If you are unable to login via the client to VidyoCloud or to your meeting but you are able to browse the web (e.g. reach Google.com), can you reach your VidyoCloud url via a browser?

  • If not, confirm the correct Portal URL from the system administrator. If you receive an HTTP Error (i.e. 401 error) consult this page or contact your network admin to help resolve

  • Is the error you are getting about invalid username or password?
    • Confirm you are using the correct username and password
    • Reset your password by right clicking on the VidyoDesktop icon in the icon tray and select Manage account.
      • Note - this will not be available for LDAP or SAML accounts.
