VidyoDesktop - Unable to Access the Chat Feature

Assuming that the chat feature is enabled by your admin as described in the Enabling and Disabling Public and Private Chat article, the chat and participant list will only stop displaying if the screen size is re-sized too small.

To avoid this issue, ensure that the window size is above the threshold that allows the chat and participant windows to display.
