- Make sure the correct device is selected on the Vidyo Room Settings
- Make sure camera is on
- Troubleshoot the following :
- Dial set to 7 for Visca control
- Cables plugged into correct ports as per guide
- Camera led lights flashing causes and indications
- If all tests are good, connect the camera directly to a display.
- Do you have clear selfview image?
- If you do not, there’s an issue with the camera.
- If you do, there is an issue with the Room System, we would recommend upgrading the latest image and client if not already done so.
