  • Make sure the correct device is selected on the Vidyo Room Settings
  • Make sure camera is on
  • Troubleshoot the following :
    • Dial set to 7 for Visca control
    • Cables plugged into correct ports as per guide
    • Camera led lights flashing causes and indications
  • If all tests are good, connect the camera directly to a display.
    • Do you have clear selfview image?
    • If you do not, there’s an issue with the camera.
    • If you do, there is an issue with the Room System, we would recommend upgrading the latest image and client if not already done so.
