To retrieve logs from your Android device:

  1. Launch VidyoMobile
  2. On the upper right side click on Settings
  3. Click on Support
  4. Enter a description of the issue
  5. Send the logs to support@vidyocloud.com 
  6. Enter our ticket number in the Subject of the email(if one already exists).
