The information below about how to retrieve logs has been archived. If you would like current information about retrieving logs, refer to the Gathering VidyoMobile Logs article. If you would like more information about VidyoMobile, refer to the About VidyoMobile article.
To retrieve logs from your Android device:
- Launch VidyoMobile
- On the upper right side click on Settings
- Click on Support
- Enter a description of the issue
- Send the logs to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enter our ticket number in the Subject of the email(if one already exists).
