You can configure public or private chat on your tenant.

To configure public and private chat on your tenant:

  1. Log in to the Admin portal using your Admin account.
    For more information, see Logging In as a Tenant Admin.
  2. Click the Settings
  3. Click Feature Settings on the left menu.
  4. Click the Chat
  5. Select Enabled or Disabled to grant or deny public chat on your tenant.
  6. Select Enabled or Disabled to grant or deny private chat on your tenant.
  7. Click Save.
