Enghouse Vidyo would like to make our VidyoConnect for Mobile customers aware of an issue that’s effecting our mobile application on Android and iOS.
On-premises customers unable to log into VidyoConnect for Mobile version 22.6.0
- On-premises users will be unable to login on VidyoConnect for Mobile version 22.6.0 (Android and iOS). This issue will also affect providers who are auto-provisioned using Epic Auto-provisioning. This issue does not affect guest users on mobile.
- We have identified and fixed this issue in VidyoConnect for Mobile version 22.6.1 for both Android and iOS.
