Although the Super Admin has the HTTP to HTTPS redirect disabled from the Super Admin Portal, users are not able to log in to VidyoDesktop without the HTTPS prefix included in the VidyoPortal URL. A message displays stating the following: "Invalid Username/Password or the user account is disabled."

This issue occurs when using VidyoDesktop versions 3.5.2, 3.6.3, and 3.6.9. There are no current plans to change this behavior.
