Issue:

  •  VidyoRoom HD3 paired with a VidyoPortal offering a lower version than 3.3.14 with auto update enabled reboots in a loop.  

 

Solution:  

  • Power off VidyoRoom HD3.  
  • Login to your VidyoPortals super or admin page if ON Prem
  • (example.fqdn.com/super)
  • Login to your VidyoPortals admin page for VidyoCloud tenant.
  • (example.VidyoCloud.com/admin)
  • Go to Settings, Manage Endpoint Software, Endpoint Software Versions.  
  • Click browse and choose the VidyoDesktop installer of version 3.3.14 or higher.  
  • Click upload. 
  • Click the checkbox of the newly uploaded file and then click Activate.
