Editing Your Billing Information and Viewing Payment History

You can view and edit your current card information that you have saved in the system via the BILLING page. Visa and MasterCard are the only card types that we accept at this time. This billing information will be used for future payments related to account upgrades. For additional information about upgrading to a different plan, see Upgrading Your Plan. You can also view previous payments that you have authorized via the PAYMENT HISTORY page.

Editing Your Billing Information

To edit your billing information:

  1. Log in to the VidyoConnect portal.

    The HOME page appears.



  2. Hover your mouse cursor over MY ACCOUNT.

  3. Click BILLING from the submenu.

    As an alternative, you can click BILLING from the submenu to the left of the MY ACCOUNT page if currently accessing that page.



  4. Update the following fields:
    • Card Holder Name
    • Card Number
    • Expiry Date
    • CVV2/CVC2

  5. Click the SAVE button.

 

Viewing Payment History

To view your payment history:

  1. Log in to the VidyoConnect portal.

    The HOME page appears.



  2. Hover your mouse cursor over MY ACCOUNT.

  3. Click PAYMENT HISTORY from the submenu.

    As an alternative, you can click PAYMENT HISTORY from the submenu to the left of the MY ACCOUNT page if currently accessing that page.



  4. View your payment history records.
