To change your password:
- Log in to the VidyoConnect portal.
The HOME page appears. - Hover your mouse cursor over MY ACCOUNT.
- Click CHANGE PASSWORD from the submenu.
As an alternative, you can click CHANGE PASSWORD from the submenu to the left of the MY ACCOUNT page if currently accessing that page. - Do the following:
- Enter your old password in the Old Password field.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field.
Please adhere to the following guidelines shown here. - Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
- Click the SAVE button.
An on-screen confirmation message appears indicating that the password was updated successfully.
- Enter your old password in the Old Password field.
