Editing Your Organization's Account Information

If you are an Admin, you can edit your organization's account information.

To edit your organization's account information:

  1. Log in to the VidyoConnect portal.

    The HOME page appears.



  2. Hover your mouse cursor over MY ACCOUNT.

  3. Click ORGANIZATION from the submenu.

    As an alternative, you can click ORGANIZATION from the submenu to the left of the MY ACCOUNT page if currently accessing that page.



  4. Edit any of the following fields as needed:
    • Organization Name
    • Address Line
    • City
    • State (2 letters)
    • Zip Code
    • Country
    • Phone Number

      You cannot edit the Number of Employees field. 

  5. Click the SAVE button.
