If you are an Admin, you can edit your organization's account information.
To edit your organization's account information:
- Log in to the VidyoConnect portal.
The HOME page appears.
- Hover your mouse cursor over MY ACCOUNT.
- Click ORGANIZATION from the submenu.
As an alternative, you can click ORGANIZATION from the submenu to the left of the MY ACCOUNT page if currently accessing that page.
- Edit any of the following fields as needed:
- Organization Name
- Address Line
- State (2 letters)
- Zip Code
- Phone Number
You cannot edit the Number of Employees field.
- Click the SAVE button.
