VidyoVoice call duration limits


Vidyo follows an industry standard that limits ongoing voice calls to 3 hours.

Primary reasons behind this standard are around fraud and cost protection that were established and are accepted by VoIP carriers.

It is recommended by Vidyo that any user that needs to stay in a call for longer then 3 hours should use the Vidyo native application(s) which do not have VoIP limits.
