As a VidyoConnect™ user, you can see your list of "Today's Meetings" on the VidyoConnect interface by clicking the Meetings button. If the Meetings button is missing from the left sidebar of the VidyoConnect interface, it's because your Tenant doesn't have Scheduled Rooms enabled.
To enable Scheduled Rooms, the admin must do the following:
- For cloud users: On the Tenant Admin interface, go to Settings > Feature Settings > Room and ensure that the Make Scheduled Rooms available on your tenant checkbox is selected.
- For on-premises users: On the VidyoPortal Admin interface, go to Settings > Feature Settings > Room and ensure that the Make Scheduled Rooms available on your tenant checkbox is selected.
All VidyoConnect users must then log out and log back in to the VidyoConnect client. Once they do so, the Meetings button will appear on the left sidebar of the VidyoConnect user interface.
