Customer is missing the Meetings section on the left hand side of the VidyoNeo client. Only showing three sections on the left instead of four.
Cause of issue:
Tenant does not have Scheduled Rooms enabled.
For VidyoCloud users, ensure that Scheduled Rooms option is enabled on the tenant admin page under Settings->Feature Settings->Room.
For on-premise customers, confirm that Scheduled Rooms are available on the VidyoPortal by going to Settings->Feature Settings->Room.
Once Scheduled Rooms are available, have the user log out of the Neo client and back in. You will then have the Meetings section available on the left hand side bar.
