If you are using a Windows® 10 system with Chrome™ or Firefox® on an on-premises VidyoPortal that is running a version earlier than 17.2, you may be unable to access the VidyoPortal™ Admin interface. As a workaround, Vidyo recommends doing any of the following:
- Use the Microsoft Edge™ browser.
- Use a Windows 7 or Mac® with any browser.
- Upgrade to VidyoPortal version 17.2.
If you are a cloud customer, this issue does not affect you.
