Update 2:

After further investigation, our engineering team determined that between 1:04 to 1:13 new calls could not be established however existing calls were not impacted, therefore this timeframe is referred to as partial outage. Between 1:13 and 1:14 all calls were impacted therefore this minute is considered to be complete outage. 

Stability and reliability of the service is our upmost priority.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to recent service disruptions with the VidyoCloud™ service.

On Jan 27th 1:04 PM EST the VidyoCloud service initially experienced a minor outage, which was resolved by Jan 27th 1:14 PM EST During this time,

The VidyoCloud service is now back to normal.
