Sending an Invitation to Your Meeting Room

You can send a meeting invitation by using either the VidyoConnect HOME page or MY MEETING ROOMS page.

To send an invitation to your meeting room:

  1. Log in to the VidyoConnect portal.

    The HOME page appears.



  2. Do one of the following:

      • Click the SCHEDULE A MEETING icon on the HOME page.

      • Click the MY MEETING ROOMS tab and then click SCHEDULE A MEETING.

    An email message opens in your email application. The body of the email contains the link to your meeting room.

  3. Enter the names of the people you want to invite to the meeting, change the Subject line if you wish, and then click Send.

    As an alternative, you can also navigate to the HOME page, click the COPY link to copy all of the meeting details or the link to your personal meeting room, and paste that content via any medium such as a chat application and SMS.
