VidyoPortal - Process Restart Troubleshooting


Starting in version 3.4.6 and greater of VidyoPortal and VidyoRouter, a core dump is taken if their respective process is restarted or crashing.

This will result in a core dump being placed on the server so that Vidyo Support can help to provide an analysis on the possible root cause on why the process restarted, crashed, or had an issue.

The VidyoRouter will store up to 5 core dumps for process restarts initiated by the user while it will store 3 core dumps for other process restarts.

The VidyoPortal will store up to 5 core dumps for the VidyoManager process.
