If VidyoRemote App (iOS or Android) is unable to connect to the VidyoRoom please confirm the following:

  • Correct VidyoRemote App is installed, use VidyoRemote3 for current Gen3 systems such as HD-40, HD230, HD-2, HD-3, Panorama
  • Mobile device is on a Wifi network that can access the VidyoRoom by IP/FQDN
  • You have input the current pairing code from the VidyoRoom WebGui/Settings page into the VidyoRemote
  • Connections to the VidyoRoom on TCP port 8090 are allowed by the VidyoRemote
