To enable Vidyo Neo for WebRTC on your VidyoPortal:

  1. Log in to the Super portal on VidyoPortal 3.4.4 (or later) using your Super Admin account.

    For more information, refer to “Logging in to the Super Admin Portal” in the VidyoConferencing Administrator Guide.

  2. Click the Settings tab and navigate to the Feature Settings > Vidyo Neo for WebRTC page.

  3. Select Enable Vidyo Neo for WebRTC for guests.

  4. If you would also like to allow Users to login, select Allow users to login with Vidyo Neo for WebRTC. This feature is useful if you have users with Chromebooks, Linux Desktops, or other platforms where they cannot download Vidyo Neo for Desktop.

    Active Sessions for logged in Users reserve server resources for a call even when they are not in a call.



To configure a Vidyo Neo for WebRTC Server cluster for a tenant:

  1. Click the Tenants tab.

  2. Click on a tenant that you want to enable Vidyo Neo for WebRTC to open the Tenant’s settings.

  3. Enter the URL of your Vidyo Neo for WebRTC Session Manager (or a URL that you are using to load balance across several Session Managers) in the Vidyo Neo for WebRTC Server URL field.

    You must include https in the WebRTC Session Manager field and the URL should use an FQDN and not an IP address.



  4. Click the Save button.

To enable Vidyo Neo for WebRTC on a tenant:

  1. Log in to the Admin portal on VidyoPortal 3.4.4 (or later) using your Admin account.

    For more information, refer to “Logging In as a Tenant Admin” in the VidyoConferencing Administrator Guide.

  2. Click the Settings tab and navigate to the Feature Settings > Vidyo Neo for WebRTC page.

    The tenant must have a Vidyo Neo for WebRTC Server configured in the Super Admin Tenant Settings for this page to appear to Tenant Admins.



  3. Select Enable Vidyo Neo for WebRTC for guests.

  4. If you would also like to allow Users to login, select Allow users to login with Vidyo Neo for WebRTC.

    Tenant Admins cannot enable user login to Vidyo Neo for WebRTC for their tenant unless it has first been enabled globally on the VidyoPortal by the Super Admin.
