Intermittent Audio Using VidyoConnect


If you are using VidyoConnect to participate a conference and your microphone / headset intermittently works, then it's possible that your computer may be utilizing the wrong audio drivers. 

Please confirm which audio drivers are installed on your machine and download the latest drivers from the manufacturer as opposed to using "Generic" or "Microsoft" drivers if possible.
