If you are experiencing an issue where Vidyo Mobile cannot login but you can log into Vidyo Desktop with the same credentials then it is possible that there maybe an incomplete SSL chain (SSL bundle) uploaded to your Vidyo Portal. 

Windows is able to complete the chain and therefore allows you to login. Mac OS and Mobile devices do not have these capabilities and will most likely fail. 

  • One way to confirm would be to browse to the Portal URL on your Mobile device, if you see any error message or "unsafe website" messages then its likely that the SSL chain is incomplete.
