In order for Vidyo to be able to perform a password reset, the following is required:
- Server Hardware has been purchased from Vidyo, and is deployed onsite at a customer location.
- Completed DocuSign form which includes mandatory information (steps below on obtaining QR code)
- Include Vidyo Serial Number of the purchased server
- Remote SSH access to the requested server
Please connect a Keyboard to the server or follow below steps for VM or Physical Servers and provide the needed QR CODE or Key.
- Physical: Connect keyboard and monitor, Alt+F7, follow the prompts, provide a high-resolution photo of the one-time key
- VMware Console: Alt+F7, follow the prompts, provide a screenshot of the QR code
DocuSign Form: Click here to fill out the form. Once the form is completed, it will automatically submit a ticket and a Vidyo Support Engineer will reach out to you with the next steps.
Once the DocuSign is received, we will be able to schedule a session in order to perform the password reset on the requested servers.
