How to request super/admin password resets from Vidyo (On Premises Servers)


In order for Vidyo to be able to perform a password reset, the following is required:

  1. Server Hardware has been purchased from Vidyo, and is deployed onsite at a customer location.
  2. Completed DocuSign form which includes mandatory information (steps below on obtaining QR code)
  3. Include Vidyo Serial Number of the purchased server
  4. Remote SSH access to the requested server

Please connect a Keyboard to the server or follow below steps for VM or Physical Servers and provide the needed QR CODE or Key.

  1. Physical: Connect keyboard and monitor, Alt+F7, follow the prompts, provide a high-resolution photo of the one-time key
  2. VMware Console: Alt+F7, follow the prompts, provide a screenshot of the QR code

DocuSign Form: Click here to fill out the form. Once the form is completed, it will automatically submit a ticket and a Vidyo Support Engineer will reach out to you with the next steps.


Once the DocuSign is received, we will be able to schedule a session in order to perform the password reset on the requested servers.
