- Ensure that the Quattro is plugged into the VidyoRoom via USB
- Try different USB ports on the VidyoRoom
- Replace the USB cable that connects the Quattro to the VidyoRoom
- Download the Phoenix Audio Testing Wizard via the following link (http://www.phnxaudio.com/downloads/testing-wizard/)
- Connect the Quattro to a PC via USB and run the Phoenix Audio Testing Wizard in order to test the Quattro.
