• Ensure that the Quattro is plugged into the VidyoRoom via USB
  • Try different USB ports on the VidyoRoom
  • Replace the USB cable that connects the Quattro to the VidyoRoom
  • Download the Phoenix Audio Testing Wizard via the following link (http://www.phnxaudio.com/downloads/testing-wizard/)
  • Connect the Quattro to a PC via USB and run the Phoenix Audio Testing Wizard in order to test the Quattro.
