If you find that the camera is not functioning correctly from Vidyoroom please update the room image and client software to the latest version.
Additionally, please confirm the following:
- USB cable is confirmed working and connected securely
- Camera is selected under the Video options menu
- (If applicable) Visca cable is connected to Visca Input port and dial on back of camera is set to #7
We did upgrade the HD2 to 3.3.23. Image is 0.2.20.0 and as of a couple weeks ago, that was latest for HD2.
