VidyoRoom - Unable to control USB based PTZ camera from VidyoRoom


If you find that the camera is not functioning correctly from Vidyoroom please update the room image and client software to the latest version.

Additionally, please confirm the following:

  • USB cable is confirmed working and connected securely
  • Camera is selected under the Video options menu
  • (If applicable) Visca cable is connected to Visca Input port and dial on back of camera is set to #7

    We did upgrade the HD2 to 3.3.23. Image is and as of a couple weeks ago, that was latest for HD2.
