VidyoPortal: Cannot make a direct call via VidyoConnect?

In order to make a direct call (VidyoConnect->VidyoConnect, VidyoConnect->VidyoDesktop, VidyoConnect -> VidyoMobile, etc.) you must have scheduled meeting rooms enabled on your VidyoPortal.

 

To enable scheduled rooms:

  1. Log into the Super portal using your Super account

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click the "+" next to Feature Settings
  3. Click Room
  4. Check the box next to "Make Scheduled Rooms available on your VidyoPortal"
  5. Click Save

 

To enable scheduled rooms on your tenant:

  1. Log into the Admin portal using your Admin account

For more information, see Logging into the Admin interface.

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click the "+" next to Feature Settings
  3. Click Room
  4. Check the box next to "Make Scheduled Rooms available on your tenant"
  5. Click Save
