In order to make a direct call (VidyoConnect->VidyoConnect, VidyoConnect->VidyoDesktop, VidyoConnect -> VidyoMobile, etc.) you must have scheduled meeting rooms enabled on your VidyoPortal.
To enable scheduled rooms:
- Log into the Super portal using your Super account
For more information, see Logging in to the Super Admin portal
- Click Settings
- Click the "+" next to Feature Settings
- Click Room
- Check the box next to "Make Scheduled Rooms available on your VidyoPortal"
- Click Save
To enable scheduled rooms on your tenant:
- Log into the Admin portal using your Admin account
For more information, see Logging into the Admin interface.
- Click Settings
- Click the "+" next to Feature Settings
- Click Room
- Check the box next to "Make Scheduled Rooms available on your tenant"
- Click Save
