In certain protected environments, to successfully establish a  Vidyo Neo session, the computer security and/or network security should be configured to white list the application.

In many cases this is done by simply clicking “Allow” when a security application (such as Windows Firewall, Symantec, etc.) prompts for it. In other cases a manual exception or the involvement of corporate IT may be required to allow Vidyo Neo through the network via a policy change.

Please refer to your security software manual for more information on how to create exceptions and allow applications through. Security software is defined as anti-virus software, personal firewall, Internet security applications, etc. If Vidyo Neo is not found under the security software exception pages, navigate to the Vidyo Neo installation directory and add Vidyo Neo.exe
