5/3/17 19:11 EST: We had sporadic reports of service degradation today. Our ISP, INAP is actively working on the issue. We are taking further proactive measures tonight.


5/2/17 21:10 PM EST: The problematic network link has been identified and traffic has been diverted around it. At this time, service should no longer be impacted. We continue to troubleshoot the issue until full resolution.


5/2/17 12:36 PM EST: The VidyoCloud™ service has been experiencing problems since approximately 12:00 PM EST, 5/2/17 due to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) service degradation.

This is a critical degradation with Internap, and it is affecting users connecting to VidyoCloud.
